This is the piriformis, hip rotator stretch. Do your best to do it twice a day for 3-5 min each leg with deep breathing into the hip. Keep your mind focused on the hip area- very important as you are bringing your awareness/energy into the area that was deprived of it for a while. So you are creating a deeper integration in your left leg for healing.
