Therapy update 12/27/22: Open Focus: My go-to establish space is your rubbing of hands. Expanding space, for me, so easy to go to outstretched arms and beyond. It has enabled me to see beyond the walls of my "box" and diffuse emotional pressure almost effortlessly. I can see my front yard oak tree and the stars in the universe.... It seems the tool of Open Focus, by "imagining that" one's body is space, reinforces Dr Sue's core message of operating from essence and love (you recently wisely added forgiveness). If my body is space, who is there? ​In order to take in space you have to open... Thank you Izabela!!
